Job Description

A Casino Dealer’s core task is to operate table games. Depending on the role’s specifics, they might oversee rounds of poker, craps, roulette, blackjack, baccarat or a combination of these games. Beyond knowing the rules of each game, there are a variety of duties involved that Casino Dealers must perform with precision to keep sessions running smoothly and to maintain customer satisfaction. 
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing all gameplay and actions at an assigned table
Shuffling cards and distributing them to players
Announcing the start and end of betting rounds
Minimizing cheating and reporting inappropriate behavior
Determining winners and distributing chips.
