Casino Supervisor Royal Caribbean Group

The Casino Supervisor oversees daily operations of casino gaming tables including Blackjack, American Roulette, Caribbean Stud Poker, Dice, and other related services ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction, compliance, and operational excellence.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- All duties must be performed in accordance with Royal Caribbean International’s The Royal Way, SQM standards, USPH guidelines, environmental policies, and safety regulations.
- Shipboard employees may be required to work across various venues throughout the ship.
- Guest Service & Conduct
- Maintain professional, courteous conduct at all times in alignment with Celebrity Cruises’ Pillars of Safety, Service, and Style, and the Celebrity Connections philosophy.
