Casting Executive

Responsibilities
Scout for talents and conduct auditions including sourcing within current database and organizing casting calls.
Propose suitable talents to executive producers and directors.
Liaise with talents and agencies for shoots and recordings and assist in tracking and evaluating performance of talents.
Prepare detailed budget breakdown.
Maintain and update database with information on talents, audition outcomes, and related details.
Handle administrative work like generating e-payment vouchers and processing payments to talents and agencies.
Arrange for table read, imaging and coordinate acting workshops.
Provide on-set support when needed.
Qualifications
Diploma qualification.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, digital platforms, and data management.
Good communication, negotiation, and public relation skills.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail in scheduling and coordination.
Ensure compliance with SOPs.
