- Manage daily operations of the casting department (sand casting process)
- Oversee scrap handling, melting process, and furnace operations
- Supervise production lines and coordinate with supervisors and line leaders
- Control manpower allocation, productivity, and operational discipline
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with internal standards
- Report operational status and issues directly to Japanese management
- Support continuous improvement activities within the casting process
- Other assigned tasks 
Job Requirement

・At least 10-year experience in sand casting processes
・Experience handling scrap material and melting operations using furnaces
・Management experience as Supervisor or Manager in a manufacturing environment
・Ability to manage large teams 
- Business level of Japanese
