Casual Building Service Worker

JOB SUMMARY: An employee hired to perform custodial duties is responsible to the Director of Operations or designate. The position is open for bid from external applicants.: POSITION: This position is casual with no guarantee of hours to work in our Cranbrook and Elk Valley locations. HOURS OF WORK: Twelve months per year position. WAGE RATE: As per C.U.P.E Local 4165 Agreement $24.81 QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Grade 12 or equivalent or willing to obtain Driver's License would be considered an asset Experience/formal training cleaning in a related field would be considered an asset. Computer skills would be an asset MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO: Communicate effectively, orally and in writing. Work with disagreeable conditions from time to time.
