Casual Educational Assistant

CASUAL EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANT As a collaborative team member, the Casual Educational Assistant is responsible for the care of and facilitation of the education of students with special needs and exceptionalities in an educational setting. Casual Educational Assistants are responsible for providing direct care of and support to students with needs including but not limited to physical, safety, medical, behaviour, cognitive, communication and learning needs, in compliance with Board policies and procedures, utilizing Board approved tools and technology. Duties will include, but are not limited to the following: Assist in the delivery of a daily program for students with special needs in both individual and group settings.
