In this critical role, you will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor their health metrics, and support their social engagements. Key Responsibilities:
• Review residents’ support plans and assist with daily living activities
• Monitor and document residents’ vital signs and behavior
• Escort residents to activities, appointments, and dining
• Respond promptly to nursing call requests
• Support residents during move-ins, transfers, and move-outs
Requirements:
• High School Diploma and PSW certification from recognized program
