Casual School Meals Program Assistant

We’re looking for Casual School Meals Program Assistants to help deliver nutritious meals and promote healthy eating habits across our district. What you will Do: Prepare and serve delicious, balanced meals for students. Organize food service areas and keep everything running smoothly. Shop for groceries and manage supplies. Keep accurate records and maintain a clean, safe kitchen. Help create newsletters and fun activities that encourage healthy choices. What we are looking for: Grade 12 or equivalent education. At least 3 years of food preparation experience. FoodSafe Level 1 certification. Knowledge of Canada’s Food Guide. Strong organizational and communication skills. Basic computer skills (30 wpm). Ability to lift and carry out physical tasks. Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
