Casual Staff (Customer Service Officer)

About the Role:

Are you looking to make a positive impact while gaining valuable experience in public service? We’re hiring casual staff to support the public with Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) services at service centres across Singapore!

Location: Nearest MRT, Islandwide
Working Hours: Monday - Friday : 8.30am - 6.00pm
Salary: Up to $3,160/month
Start Date: Immediate

Duration: 3-month contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist citizens with LPA-related questions and provide guidance on their requests.
• Support citizens in drafting and submitting their LPA applications.
• Help check LPA statuses, revoke registered LPAs, and guide citizens through payment processes for LPA-related services.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring citizens have a seamless experience at service centre.
