We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Wait Staff to join the opening team of our brand-new venue located in the prestigious Porter House Hotel. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a hatted chef in a high-end dining environment that promises excellence in both service and cuisine.
Responsibilities:
Deliver seamless table service in a fine dining setting

Assist guests with menu and beverage selections

Ensure all service steps are executed to the highest standards

Work closely with the FOH team to deliver a smooth guest experience

Maintain a polished, professional presentation at all times
What We’re Looking For:
Valid RSA

Previous experience in a la carte hatted restaurants, or similar
