Casualty Underwriting Manager

The Senior Casualty Underwriter will play a pivotal role in leading and developing the Casualty portfolio across General/Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers, Workmens Compensation and Event Cancellation lines. This role carries significant technical authority and accountability for underwriting quality, profitability and regulatory compliance within the Saudi market.  You will be responsible for assessing complex and high-value risks, structuring tailored coverage solutions, and ensuring disciplined pricing aligned with the companys risk appetite. Beyond technical underwriting, the role requires active portfolio management, engagement with brokers and reinsurers, and leadership of a team of underwriters to ensure consistent underwriting standards.
