1. Purpose of the Role

The Catalogue Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of the e-commerce

product catalogue onboarding and set up across various South African-based E-Commerce

Marketplaces, ensuring data integrity, content quality, and operational efficiency across all digital

sales channels. A key function of the role is recruiting, training, and managing a team of Quality

Assurance (QA) Agents, as well as overseeing the successful implementation and ongoing
