Category Analyst, Core and Network Cloud

Overview

Category Analyst, Core and Network Cloud - TPC Networks Sourcing team. Report to the Category Director within Networks. You will work closely with Telenor Group functions and Business Units to analyze data, support category strategy, demand management, and cost-saving initiatives across all Telenor’s Business Units.

Main responsibilities

• Gather, interpret, and use complex data to develop insights that support negotiations with suppliers.
• Perform benchmarks across suppliers and suggest ways to reduce expenditure.
• Carry out sourcing diagnostics and assist in preparing and implementing the category strategy.
• Create and maintain databases summarizing Purchase Orders from Telenor Business Units.
• Participate in and execute sourcing projects at global level with cross-functional stakeholders to reduce procurement cycle time.
• Develop and prepare periodic reports and analyses on procurement activities.
