This position is part of our Signal & Power Solutions segment; Connection Systems business unit located in Cd Juarez Mexico.
**Summary (About this Position)**:
North America Category Buyer for Supply Chain Management in the metallic components.
The category buyer is responsible to execute the global category strategy into the regional supply base by communicating, coordinating and implementing cost improvement projects.
The category buyer is also responsible to manage the suppliers and provide support to the different areas.
**Your Role (i.e. Key Job Responsibilities)**:
- Review and Implement Strategies into Category Supply Base
- Analyze regional demands to implement long term cost improvement agreements.
- Asses, evaluate and suggest suppliers to be included into supply base.
- Evaluate and Implement Cost Improvement projects and analyze financial impacts.
