Job Description
- Looking for, processing for accreditation and building reliable and capable supplier/ vendor network,
- Curating and sourcing the right selection of merchandise, that is right for our target market
- Negotiating and buying fashion merchandise at the right price, best terms, conditions and service level agreements, such as delivery at the right time
- Planning for, and managing arrivals of in-trend and in-demand merchandise,
- Monitoring inventory, analyzing inventory turns, scheduling proper and timely replenishment of merchandise to avoid stock-outs, and planning for push-outs to avoid aged merchandise
- Analyzing sales, sell-through and general movement of merchandise at the store-level
- Providing guidance to stores on proper display and visual merchandising
- Monitoring of correct pricing, completeness and correctness of merchandise tags, and maintaining healthy gross margins
