This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the consistent availability of proteins across our diverse portfolio of restaurant brands in Canada. The Protein Category Buyer will shape culinary offerings by sourcing ingredients, optimizing supplier relationships, supporting menu innovation, and assisting with restaurant openings.
