Category Executive

Job Overview:

The Commercial Executive is an entry-level role responsible for managing a specific product category assigned to them. As the category holder, the role supports the commercial team by overseeing inventory, pricing, and margin performance of the category. The Commercial Executive ensures that incoming shipments, sell-through, and pricing strategies are aligned with plans, while proactively raising concerns and recommendations to support profitability and inventory movement.

Category & Inventory Ownership

• Manage an assigned product category under the guidance of the Category Manager.
• Monitor all incoming shipments related to the category and ensure they are properly tracked.
• Observe off-take and sales performance to ensure it is aligned with approved plans and forecasts.
• Proactively raise concerns and insights when off-take is not performing as expected.
