Category Lead – Flavors & Packaging

The Category Lead Flavors & PET will be responsible for managing flavors, PET, HDPE, LDPE and other imported raw materials for the company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and execute category strategies for flavours, PET and other food import raw materials. Conduct detailed spend analysis to identify savings opportunities and optimize supplier mix for this category Ensure competitive pricing, cost transparency and value creation across this category. Manage and nurture relationships with overseas suppliers focusing on reliability and innovation. Conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews with key raw material suppliers, ensuring key KPIs are discussed and mitigation plans put in place for the future and escalate any potential risk to top management on timely basis. Negotiate favourable contracts with key raw material suppliers and monitor compliance with agreed service levels and KPIs.
