Category Lead

The Category Lead for Pharma will lead the pharma portfolio for XPI. We need a solutions provider who can architect a category from the ground up, optimize platform & sales performance, and act as a strategic consultant and partner to our brands.

The ideal candidate should have a category management experience in an Ecommerce environment with strong sales and platform optimization skills, data-driven solutions, combine with strong relationship-building skills, and an operational understanding of the Philippine E-Commerce industry.

Major Responsibilities:

Business Ownership​

• End-to-end responsibility for the category's growth, sales, including assortment planning, pricing strategy, and P&L management.
• Represent the distributor and the brand's interests in all negotiations, strategic planning sessions, and operational meetings with platform account managers.​
