Develop and execute global indirect procurement and category strategies to optimize cost, quality, and service within IT, FM, HR, Professional services.
Lead sourcing activities including market analysis, supplier selection, RFP/RFQ processes, and contract negotiations.
Manage supplier performance and relationships, ensuring contract compliance and resolving operational issues.
Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver savings, drive best practices, and implement sourcing or supplier transitions.
Enhance procurement processes and systems, support ERP rollouts, provide reporting, and coach Buyers to ensure strategy alignment and capability building.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; Master’s or professional certifications (MAI, DESMA, CIPS, CPSM) preferred.
