Bachelor’s Degree or relevant
4+ years' relevant work experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, account and category management
Beer, Wine, Spirits category merchandising experience would be an advantage
Demonstrated track record of successful negotiations, influence and overall relationship management (both internal and external)
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
Ability and desire to contribute to wider team performance and culture
Strong analytical skills
Great communication skills (both oral and written) are a must
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, fast learner of new tools
