Join our team to further grow our Biscoff & Natural Foods Business and the categories we are operating in. In this role you will be part of a four-person Category Management & Marketing team, reporting to the Category Development & Marketing Manager.
Your Mission
Enable the key link between national growth strategy and customer execution, ensuring category and brand success across all touchpoints.

Drive profitable growth, leveraging data insights, and foster strong collaborations to shape winning market strategies.

Strategic Category & Customer Management
Act as the primary contact for sales teams, translating the national growth strategy into actionable customer plans across promotion, assortment and communication

Define targets, track performance, and optimize execution to drive category and brand success
Data-Driven Decision Making
