Category Manager - Private Brands

**Position Purpose:**

The Category Manager is responsible for executing the overall short- and long-term sales strategy for assigned categories. Responsibilities include working in conjunction with Product Development, Souring, Product Engineering, Merchandising, and other Private Brand teams to drive sales for assigned Private Brand product category. Includes assisting with product review presentations, working with suppliers, executing product line strategies, and reporting financial results to leadership.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ 20% - Assortment Selection - Executes the business review of category/categories on a regular basis; determining changes to product mix to better optimize assortment and drive innovation.
+ 40% - Category Management - Collaborate with THD Private Brands and merchants to drive operational excellence for resets, product launch, and in stock.
