Category Manager - Smallgoods

Overview

We are looking for a Category Manager reporting to our Merchandise Manager in the buying and merchandising team. This full‑time permanent position focuses on the Smallgoods & Deli Salads portfolio.

What you’ll do

As a Category Manager, you will negotiate with vendors to develop or procure products and lead the buying and merchandising processes. You will put customers, team and suppliers first while delivering solutions around procurement, promotions, price and placement.

• Maintain awareness of product trends, availability, and customer preferences
• Understand buying and selling patterns and the impact on the category, providing insight on planning and activities
