Job Description

                    Based in Angola. The main purpose of this position is to handles category planogram compliance, category shelf arrangement, turnover, supplier diversity, sales, customer retention, benchmarking etc. Salary US$1500 NETT per month + expat benefits (housing, car, medical insurance, return flights, etc)

Category planogram compliance: Measures how well a store's shelf arrangement and product placement align with the predetermined planogram.

Category Shelf arrangement: This includes metrics like ensuring products are at the right place, quantity, and in the right amount to create an impactful visual merchandising.

Category Turnover: Measures how quickly products within a category are sold, indicating inventory management effectiveness.

Category Compliance: Measures how well a supplier adheres to agreed -upon guidelines for products, pricing, and promotion.
