Job Description

We’re looking for motivated, engaged people to help make everyone’s journeys better.
Strategic Sourcing:
Working with all group cross-functional teams and brands to achieve EBITDAM savings.
Continuously monitoring and extending understanding of assigned category, including spend, supply base, product trends, commodity market pricing, and competitive dynamics.
Translating savings targets into a broad category plan.
Executing sourcing strategies using strategic sourcing process (Tenders RFPs, bid evaluation, and other analytical models) lead negotiations in line with strategic objectives, ensuring effective execution.
Preparing, negotiating, and executing contracts.
Fully participating in and supporting all key business stakeholders (commercial, culinary, MD).
Coordinating internal stakeholders to ensure the effective execution of the category plan.
