Job Description

 PURPOSE OF THE JOB
 The quality department is responsible for ensuring the performance of the Rituals assortment, product specifications, and that all products surpass predefined quality standards prior to market introduction. In addition, the team ensures that all products are proven to comply with its country of operations legal legislation. The quality department actively manages, in close cooperation with our suppliers and internal stakeholders, to continuously provide the best quality products to our current and future customers worldwide.
 In this position, you:
 Report to sr. Manager Quality Assurance as a part of the sourcing, quality and regulatory department;
 Take part in a cross-functional team managing their own product category (quality, sourcing, innovation, supply planning);
 Mentor/coach a fellow (sr.) quality specialist, offering guidance and support whenever required;
 Act as a first point of contact for suppliers,...
