Purpose of the Role
To drive sales growth and market penetration of IoT-enabled and conventional plug and socket products by providing strong product expertise, technical sales support, and customer-focused solutions. The role bridges smart home technology and traditional electrical product sales.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales across IoT, home automation, and standard plug & socket ranges
Support customers with technical consultations, product selection, and solutions
Deliver product demonstrations and training to customers and internal teams
Manage and grow assigned product categories, including in-store displays and promotions
Build, lead, and manage a sales support team
Provide market insights, track competitor activity, and identify growth opportunities
Support resellers, installers, and distribution partners to achieve sales targets
