Category Strategy & Vendor Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced, highly driven professional to lead the development and growth of our Engineered Hardwood category and potentially other specialty product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day communications with vendors, reps, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Assisting with product setup, including credit applications, vendor contacts, and coordinating marketing content like blog posts, landing pages, and videos.
• Analyzing market data such as competitor pricing and product positioning to support decision-making.
• Handling operational tasks such as data entry, spreadsheet management, and content development.
• Learning and gradually taking on more responsibility over time, with the expectation that after about a year, the person will start thinking more independently.
