Category/Growth Manager – Marketplaces

Own end-to-end category growth and execution across Marketplaces and Quick-Commerce platforms. This role sits at the intersection of Business, Marketing, and Operations , with clear ownership of GMV, availability, visibility, margins, and execution velocity . Success in this role is defined by daily impact, speed of decision-making, and measurable outcomes .

Skills & Qualification

• 1. Category & Business Ownership
• Own end-to-end performance of assigned categories across platforms
• Drive daily, weekly, monthly targets (GMV, share, margins)
• Identify city-wise and SKU-wise gaps and close them fast
• Operate with a “sell at least 1 unit more than yesterday” mindset
