Hotel Arts is currently seeking a dedicated Catering & Event Services Manager. This pivotal role involves selling and overseeing all catering food, beverage, and room rental revenues within a specific market at our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
Solicit and generate new business opportunities
Collaborate with event planners to coordinate catering needs
Manage all aspects of catering, with a primary focus on food & beverage, including setup details, agendas, and event logistics to ensure client objectives are met
Negotiate with clients on menu planning, beverage requirements, and other event specifics
Confirm event details with clients and prepare necessary documentation such as Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and group resumes
