To provide a high quality service in line with infection control standards and protocols throughout the organisation and to adhere to HACCP regulations at all times. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Catering Duties Tray setting, cleaning trays and contents. Taking patient meal orders paying particular attention to dietary requirements. Serving meals and to communicate with nursing staff regarding patients dietary requirements. Clean equipment and associated work areas in accordance with cleaning schedules using recommended detergents, to leave catering and service areas clean and hygienic at the end of the shift.
