Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate food for catering events based on approved menus
• Assist in menu execution, portioning, and food presentation
• Ensure food quality, taste, and consistency across events
• Coordinate with the catering team during set-up, service, and breakdown
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in kitchen and event sites
• Manage prep timelines to meet event schedules
• Minimize food waste and properly handle ingredients
• Assist with inventory and basic kitchen reporting when needed
