Catering & Event Sales Manager

**What’s the Job?**

As a **Catering & Event Sales Manager** at **InterContinental Al Ahsa** , you will support the **Sales & Marketing Team** in managing and coordinating social events and group activities booked through the sales department.
This role involves a mix of **Reactive and Proactive Sales** in relation to events and catering business.

**Your Day-to-Day**

+ Negotiate food and beverage prices, function space, and hotel services within approved booking guidelines.
+ Confirm all group requirements in writing to clients and relevant hotel departments through sales contracts, addendums, pricing confirmations, group resumes, and/or Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
+ Work closely with the sales team to service existing accounts and solicit new business.
