Salary: $85,000 – $95,000+ (commensurate on experience)

We are seeking a Catering & Food Safety Coordinator (Catering Manager) to lead and elevate our national remote camp catering operations from our Osoyoos, BC office.

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, this role is critical in driving:

• Food cost efficiency
• Food procurement in multiple sites, and national vendor management
• Menu standardization and innovation
• Food safety compliance
• Operational excellence across 20+ remote sites

This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, logistics-heavy environments and can balance culinary leadership with operational discipline .
