Job Description
We are looking for a professional to manage the full day to day running of two of our cafes. Leading your team you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality service is achieved whilst protecting costs and thus profit.
You will be responsible for all legislative regulations within the catering outlets, including a responsibility for staff training and legal compliance.
You will work with us to explore opportunities to further grow the business and introduce new products and specialities.
An ability to react to changes in customer demand and ensuring all stakeholders are happy is essential.
Experience of managing a team of staff within a large catering operation is essential.
The starting salary will be £30,029.22 a year.
Hours of work will average 37 per week on a “5 days out of 7” basis with flexibility to support business demand including evening and weekend work.
