Job Description

Are you a passionate and experienced catering professional ready to take the lead across multiple sites? We’re looking for a dynamic Catering Manager to oversee and enhance our food service operations across Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage catering teams across various locations
Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
Manage budgets, and maintain compliance with food hygiene regulations
Support recruitment, training, and development of catering staff
Work flexibly, including weekends on a rota basis
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in catering management or similar leadership role
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to travel between sites with mileage paid at the rate of 40p per mile
A flexible approach to working hours
Food hygiene certification (Level 3 or above preferred)
