Catering Manager

General Description

The Catering Manager at Fox Harb’r Resort is responsible for managing and executing the Corporate and Incentive markets, operating as a one‑stop resource for clients. Duties include drafting contracts, setting room and catering files, collecting deposits, preparing banquet event orders, and overseeing detailed execution by banqueting staff during events. The Director of Catering & Conference Services assigns customer accounts to the Catering Manager as appropriate, and the Manager functions as a client account manager, ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders and focusing on customer satisfaction and excellence in service.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Work experience of at least 2 years in catering and/or conference services.
• Knowledge of resort suites (asset).
• Knowledge of food and beverage products, including presentation.
