Catering Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Food Beverage Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our catering services in Dubai. As part of this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of service quality and delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily F&B operations, guaranteeing smooth service delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Lead and motivate a team of F&B staff, providing guidance and training as needed
• Maintain food safety hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with company international regulations
• Manage inventory stock levels for F&B items minimizing waste optimizing resources
