Job Description

  LEGENDS 
  THE ROLE 
 The Catering Server is responsible for the flawlessly execution of assigned catering events, from set-up to closing. The Catering Server will adhere to company standards and provide the highest level of customer service at all times.
  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 
 Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 Provide a high level of customer service to all guests.
 Perform set-up and take-down of assigned catering event space.
 Conduct open and closing inventory counts, escalating any discrepancies.
 Prepare and close off consumption reports.
 Restock, replenish, and secure all areas as it pertains to Catering.
 Check and verify all equipment and small-wares are in working order.
 Transport all food and beverage from the Production Kitchen to designated event space.
 Ensure terms of contracts are executed upon.
