Catering Supervisor

Here at Kernow Mill we have a fantastic opportunity for a Catering Supervisor at our Trerulefoot Store.

This is a high paced catering unit requiring a high standard of capability to ensure there is a safe and smoothly run operation. Experience of large fast paced catering would be advantageous

The ideal candidate must be experienced in kitchen and front-of-house management, Level 3 / Intermediate Food Hygiene qualification preferred but not essential. An understanding of an EPOS till system would be beneficial.
