Cath Lab Supervisor

Position Summary

Responsibilities include but are not limited to plan, organize, lead and evaluate all aspects of the Cardiac Cath Lab in order to provide quality diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in a safe efficient environment. The Cath Lab Supervisor provides direct clinical supervision, guidance, and support to nursing and technical staff in the cardiac catheterization laboratory. This role ensures smooth daily operations, staff coordination, and adherence to high standards of patient safety and clinical quality.

This is a non-union position.

Essential Job Functions

• Hires, trains and schedules all technical staff to perform all procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
• Develops a system with procedures for the care and maintenance of department equipment.
