 An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced C&B professional to join the management team at this leading North Dublin four star property. This is very busy meeting destination for both corporate and leisure events with very high standards of service. They are now seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and hardworking C&B Manager with a desire to provide excellent customer service and a proven ability to lead and motivate staff in a fast-paced environment.
 Responsibilities of this role include:
 Management and coordination of the C&B department
 Management of all large events such as conferences, private parties and social events
 Liaising with customers and Sales team to ensure the smooth running of all in-house events
 Coordination and rostering of the C&B team
 Motivation and ongoing development of the team including staff training, team meetings, appraisals
