CCMDD LPB Assistant (Stock Returns)

An exciting vacancy for an LPB Assistant in Stock Returns exists in Medipost Pharmacy. The position reports to the Stock Returns Manager.

Responsibilities:

1. Processing returned parcels: Maintain a minimum average of 90 scripts per day as per returns requirements, processing work according to return date, and sorting stock by province. Short-dated stock (expiring within 3 months) should be separated for destruction.
2. Stock Management: Rotate stock according to return date to ensure usage before expiry. Liaise with CCMDD production regarding stock shortages.
3. Accuracy and Neatness: Maintain high accuracy and neatness, avoiding errors, and ensuring stock is replenished correctly by province. No incidents reported.
4. Policies and Procedures: Adhere to all company policies and work strictly according to departmental SOPs.
