CCP for Registered Nurses (Diploma)

As a valuable member of the SCH family, you are an integral part of the care team providing nursing care that matters to rehab and sub-acute patients. Working in a homely environment where there is lesser segregation of duties amongst staff groups, will provide quality nursing care and services in alignment with SCH’s care philosophy of unhurried personalised care. You will facilitate the continuity of care for patients throughout their hospitalisation and transition to home and community.

• Diploma in Nursing or equivalent recognised by Singapore Nursing Board
• Experience in ILTC setting is an advantage
• Valid Registered Nurse practising certificate issued by Singapore Nursing Board
• Valid BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification
• Comfortable with shift work (3-rotating shift) and open to deployment within 3 work sites under SingHealth Community Hospitals
• Uniform required
