CCTV OPERATOR (URGENT)

The CCTV Operator is responsible for safeguarding the public, protect property, and ensure the security of data. He/ She will be handling responsibilities ranging from operating and monitoring banks of screens, reporting incidents as evidence, and potentially contacting the police and emergency services, if and when required.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operates, maintains, and knows how to do basic troubleshooting of video surveillance equipment
• Properly stores footage according to company needs
• Observes keenly computer monitors for any unusual, suspicious, or questionable activities in the property
• Reports incidents to appropriate authorities at the appropriate time. For serious situations, reports to the authorities' plate numbers, clothing, tattoos, or any other identifying features
