CCTV Operator is responsible for monitoring surveillance equipment, conducting surveillance of premises, and ensuring the security and safety of people and property.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV systems in real-time to detect suspicious behavior or incidents.
• Report and record incidents to the appropriate authorities (security, police, or management).
• Maintain video surveillance logs and prepare daily activity reports.
• Ensure proper functioning of all camera and recording equipment.
• Review and retrieve footage when requested for investigations.
• Coordinate with security personnel on the ground during security incidents.
• Follow legal and organizational protocols for data protection and privacy.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies appropriately.
• Maintain confidentiality of all surveillance data and security information.
• Assist in loss prevention and asset protection tasks.
