CCTV Service Engineer

Job Description

• Conduct service and calibration procedures for spectrophotometers, color readers, illuminance meters, and light meters.
• Perform calibration, repair, and maintenance tasks in accordance with standards set by the manufacturing facility in Japan.
• Execute adjustments, alignments, replacements, and repairs of equipment and components as per equipment manuals and schematics, utilizing appropriate soldering tools.
• Provide precise technical support by responding to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Ensure accurate data entry and completion of service reports to comprehensively document all repair and calibration activities.
• Monitor repair cases to guarantee timely completion within the turnaround time specified by the factory guidelines.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or relevant.
