•Provide expert technical support for commissioning, maintenance, and reactive service of CCTV systems.
• Assist field technicians during installation and troubleshooting, in alignment with business strategies.
• Ensure full customer satisfaction through effective support processes, monitoring, and documentation.
• Download and share CCTV footage for investigative purposes.
• Conduct remote diagnostics and CCTV health checks.
• Offer remote support to triage reactive call-outs.• Resolve faults remotely wherever possible.What We’re Looking For:
