Job Title: CDL Recruiter (USA Market)

Location: Gulistan-e-Jauhar Block 16, Karachi
Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)
Days: Monday – Friday

Job Overview:

We are hiring an experienced CDL Recruiter for the USA trucking industry. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in recruiting CDL drivers for US-based trucking companies and a strong understanding of DOT/FMCSA requirements.

This is a night shift position for individuals who are serious, target-driven, and experienced in the trucking recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit CDL drivers (OTR, Regional, Local) across the USA
• Post job ads on US job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Craigslist, etc.)
• Screen and pre-qualify drivers according to company & DOT requirements
• Verify driving records (MVR), clearinghouse, drug test status, etc.
• Conduct phone interviews and onboarding coordination
